Do you offer refunds?
We get it—sometimes you make a quick decision and later second-guess it. We’ve all been there! Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, because every situation is unique. What matters most is making things right for you. We’re real people too (sometimes juggling kids, coffee, and not enough sleep), and our goal is always to help, not hassle.
What if something arrives damaged?
Oh no—hopefully not! We take great care to package every gift securely, but sometimes the delivery journey can be a little rough. If your gift arrives damaged or broken, please reach out to us right away. We’ll make sure you’re not left with anything less than perfect.
My tracking says “Delivered,” but the gift isn’t there.
Don’t worry—we’ll help you track it down! First, check the usual “secret spots” delivery drivers love: behind planters, tucked near the porch, by the mailboxes, with reception, or even with a friendly neighbor.
Still no luck? Just contact us, and together we’ll get to the bottom of it. If the package truly can’t be found, we’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible so your gift reaches its destination.
I accidentally gave the wrong address—what now?
It happens! If you realize the mistake before your order ships, contact us right away and we’ll update it. If it’s already on its way, don’t panic. We’ll work with you to find the best solution. Sometimes the package even makes its way back to us, and in that case, we can resend it to the correct address.
Can I ship a gift directly to a hospital?
Yes, you can! Many of our customers send care packages straight to loved ones in the hospital. Just be sure to include the patient’s full name, room number (if possible), and the hospital’s correct mailing address. We also recommend checking with the hospital first to make sure they accept packages for patients, since some have restrictions. If you’re unsure, you can always ship the gift to yourself and hand-deliver it instead. Either way, we’ll help make sure your gift arrives with love and care.

My name is Teresa, and I am the owner and founder of Stronger Than the Storm Gifts. My company was born out of love, resilience, and the belief that even in life’s darkest moments, a small gesture of kindness can bring light and comfort.
The idea started with a simple truth: everyone faces storms—whether it’s illness, loss, or life’s unexpected challenges. In those moments, we all long for a reminder that we are not alone, that someone cares, and that brighter days are ahead.
